About Calm Frog Yoga

Harinder has a passion for working with women from all walks of life, offering support and space for those experiencing pain and discomfort due to a range of pelvic health conditions, menopause, digestive or pregnancy related concerns. Harinder is someone who has successfully navigated her own path through pain and the menopause, she has over 10 years of insightful self-discovery and can fully relate to women in a similar situation.

Like many women, Harinder suffered in silence before discovering the amazing benefits of a yoga practice, women’s health physiotherapy and, most importantly, breathwork to alleviate and recover from her own pelvic pain and manage a multitude of menopause-related symptoms.

Harinder had a successful career in leadership, however, the decades of long hours, commuting and stress eventually took their toll resulting in daily pain, IBS, hypervigilance with food and movement and an overwhelming feeling of helplessness.

With a personal practice spanning over two decades, she retrained and qualified to teach various styles of yoga including Breathwork, Meditation, Yin and Hatha. Harinder has undergone rigorous training with Pelvic Floor Yoga™ creator and senior International yoga teacher, Leslie Howard and with Niamh Daly, creator of Teaching Yoga for the Stages of Menopause.

In addition to the more well known yoga modalities, Harinder is a Reiki Healer and Yoga Nidra teacher.

She continues to study and practice the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, BKS Iyengar, Donna Fahri, Amy Stein and Jill Miller.

“Harinder has a great deal of knowledge to impart about this specialised yoga. It is more reassuring to be instructed by someone who has first hand experience with what you are personally going through. Harinder’s gentle manner encourages you to relax and trust her, whilst thinking about your body in a new way, and how best to use it more effectively.”

– Bee, Hazlemare

“After suffering pelvic floor pain for more than 10 years, it was a great relief to have a few sessions with Harinder. She has the most relaxing manner and very soothing hands that relieve and relax you gently. I would gladly recommend Harinder’s yoga sessions.”

– Nina, Penn

“Suffering from IBS and a painful coccyx, due to too much work-related stress, driving and sitting at the computer, Harinder did some work to alleviate pain in my pelvic area and abdomen and I felt amazingly better.”

“Harinder has been absolutely fantastic!”
