Harinder has a passion for working with women from all walks of life on their journey of self-discovery, providing support for pelvic pain, menopause support, stress-related discomfort and for finding space and calm in todays hectic world. As someone who has successfully navigated her own path through pain and the menopause, she has over 10 years of insightful self-discovery and can fully relate to women in a similar situation

Like many women, Harinder suffered in silence before discovering the amazing benefits of an expanded yoga practice, women’s health physiotherapy and, most importantly, breathwork to alleviate and recover from her own pelvic pain and successfully manage a multitude of menopause symptoms

We offer one to one sessions to women of all ages and abilities, tailored to meet your individual needs. We work at your pace and with a range of health conditions to calm, release, stabilise and strengthen your body

Whether you are an experienced practitioner or new to breathwork, meditation, healing and physical training, we will explore the subtleties of meditation, movement and breathwork to build awareness, confidence and a firm foundation for your future practice.

One to one sessions are particularly beneficial in providing a safe space to enable you to speak in confidence about your symptoms and experiences and to receive a personalised treatment programme specifically for you. 

We offer an individualised programme to fit your needs.
